This position is located in our Plant in Kleszczów, next to Gliwice.


Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and ensuring effective feedback flow between the customer and the plant;
  • Conducting analyses related to issues reported by customers and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Performing root cause analysis of warranty returns and implementing corrective actions;
  • Managing and monitoring key quality indicators to ensure compliance with requirements;
  • Participating in APQP processes, including developing FMEA, control plans, and documentation for new processes and products;
  • Collaborating with internal departments during the implementation of new projects to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met;


Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in a technical field (manufacturing, material processes, or quality);
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry;
  • Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, QRQC;
  • Strong results orientation, ability to work under pressure;
  • Willingness to travel for business (approx. 30% of working time), and a valid Category B driving license;
  • English – minimum B2 level (mandatory); communicative knowledge of German will be an asset;
  • Willingness to work mostly onsite from our plant in Kleszczów (occasional HO is possible); 

  • Internal Auditor certification for IATF 16949 and Process Auditor certification for VDA 6.3 will be considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge of customer-specific requirements (e.g., VW, Stellantis) will be considered an advantage;
