Paint Shop Maintenance Leader

The role of Paint Shop Maintenance Leader will be based in our office in Kleszczów, Poland.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing and organizing the work of the Paint Shop Maintenance Department.
  • Developing team competencies and ensuring the appropriate level of qualifications.
  • Ensuring expected machine performance (breakdown indicator within OEE).
  • Implementing preventive maintenance activities in line with the Maintenance Plan.
  • Supervising spare parts management.
  • Leading and commissioning investments within the Paint Shop area.
  • Monitoring Paint Shop operating costs, creating purchase orders, and participating in budget planning.
  • Overseeing the execution of the Maintenance Department budget (OPC).
  • Ensuring safe working conditions within the assigned area.

Profile

  • Technical education.
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in maintenance.
  • Experience in team management.
  • SEP certifications (electrical and gas).
  • Knowledge of ATEX regulations.
