RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring and supervising the automated painting process, along with related processes
• Managing, maintaining, and servicing painting equipment (robots and applicators)
• Launching new projects (products) in line with project assumptions, including scrap and timing targets
• Modifying and updating programs and painting parameters to optimize the process
• Ensuring required machine performance, including minimizing breakdowns within the OEE framework
• Ensuring achievement of required quality indicators (scrap targets related to paint defects and inclusions)
• Ensuring completion of technical inspections of installations in line with defined plans and targets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical education,
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Electrical qualifications (SEP) and knowledge of ATEX regulations,
• Experience in automated painting processes, preferably in the automotive industry.
