RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring and supervising the automated painting process, along with related processes
- Managing, maintaining, and servicing painting equipment (robots and applicators)
- Launching new projects (products) in line with project assumptions, including scrap and timing targets
- Modifying and updating programs and painting parameters to optimize the process
- Ensuring required machine performance, including minimizing breakdowns within the OEE framework
- Ensuring achievement of required quality indicators (scrap targets related to paint defects and inclusions)
- Ensuring completion of technical inspections of installations in line with defined plans and targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical education,
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken,
- Electrical qualifications (SEP) and knowledge of ATEX regulations,
- Experience in automated painting processes, preferably in the automotive industry.
