Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, maintenance, and repair of the paint line, machines, and equipment used in the paint shop, in accordance with the scheduled maintenance plan.
• Ensuring uninterrupted and fault-free operation of the paint line by maintaining appropriate technological parameters and responding promptly to any irregularities.
• Continuous improvement of paint line control processes, including the implementation of enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Managing and updating technical documentation related to assigned tooling and production equipment.
• Designing and fabricating small tools and constructions to support production needs, based on current operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Technical education (preferred fields: mechanics, automation, mechatronics).
• Familiarity with automation, electrical systems, and pneumatics is a plus.
• Fluent in Polish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work in a shift system.
• Ability to work under pressure and a strong team-oriented mindset.
