Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, maintenance, and repair of the paint line, machines, and equipment used in the paint shop, in accordance with the scheduled maintenance plan.
- Ensuring uninterrupted and fault-free operation of the paint line by maintaining appropriate technological parameters and responding promptly to any irregularities.
- Continuous improvement of paint line control processes, including the implementation of enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Managing and updating technical documentation related to assigned tooling and production equipment.
- Designing and fabricating small tools and constructions to support production needs, based on current operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Technical education (preferred fields: mechanics, automation, mechatronics).
- Familiarity with automation, electrical systems, and pneumatics is a plus.
- Fluent in Polish, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to work in a shift system.
- Ability to work under pressure and a strong team-oriented mindset.
