Main Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to the production and design teams in the implementation of new products into serial production and spare parts (OPTIMAP), as well as achieving factory production readiness (OPTIPRO)
• Constantly seeking opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement during production start-up and regular production, implementing engineering changes in serial production
• During the project phase, participation in the validation and installation of CAPEX, management of technical drawings and technical databases
• Organization of pre-production and production trials/start-ups in cooperation with production teams
• Participation in defining and implementing the layout, checking compliance with health and safety and equipment requirements
• Assisting managers in defining standard operating procedures for operators, creating work instructions, and training production teams
• Implementing back-up solutions resulting from the contingency plan
• Reporting project status at reviews with plant management
• Implementing engineering changes as Engineering Change Leader
• Supervising suppliers during modification and/or construction work
• Working with design teams and equipment and hardware suppliers, inspecting equipment installation and work progress
• Verifying equipment and hardware for compliance with technical specifications and work specifications

Main Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in computer use, especially MS Office, SAP (MIGO)
• Knowledge of processes (injection molding, painting, assembly)
• Knowledge of mass production organization in the automotive industry, gained while working in the production or technology department
• Experience in technology, technology transfer, organization and planning of production processes, production layout
• Very good work organization and focus on achieving results
• Ability to work in a team,  communication and negotiation skills
