The role of Accounts Receivable Professional will be based in our Krakow office in Poland and it will report into a Regional Hub Europe O2C Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Assuring correct bookings within his/her area of responsibility, accounting in SAP, HFM,
• Accounting documents in line with procedures and IFRS standards and 5S methodology,
• Supporting month and year-end closings within AR,
• fulfilling quality criteria and productivity,
• participating in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives and other SAP based projects.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field,
• Knowledge of accounting and IFRS standards,
• Experience in Finance P2P and O2C operations is a plus,
• Accounting background especially in Accounts Receivable, SAP Finance and VIM, Microsoft Office suite,
• The knowledge of English is required in both speaking and writing,
• The knowledge of other European languages especially German, French or Spanish will be a big plus,
• Able to communicate with the various stakeholders when addressing issues,
• Emotional intelligence able to adapt to fast changing environments would be a plus,
• Fast Learner and Team Player.
