Project Manager PMO & Data (Program Performance & Finance Support)– Krakow, POLAND
Job description
This strategic role will give you international exposure, concrete responsibilities, and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects related to R&D performance.
The main objectives of this mission are:
- Continue and develop existing Power BI initiatives to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Implement dashboards and KPIs to monitor R&D performance and financial tracking.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables (reports, dashboards, KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Support project team coordination, cross-functional communication, and governance.
- Integrate innovative solutions (AI, automation) to optimize processes and management tools.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Data & Reporting
- Identify, analyse, and consolidate key KPIs (timing, cost, quality, efficiency).
- Analyse user needs (Program Managers, Directors, VPs) and build tailored dashboards.
- Maintain and improve existing Power BI tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports, ensuring consistency and meeting deadlines.
Monitoring & Coordination
- Coordinate data collection, ensure availability, and verify completeness of deliverables by phase; raise alerts in case of issues.
- Contribute to governance implementation (tools, forums, routines).
- Deploy and manage necessary trainings.
Innovation & Process
- Develop and implement a Lessons Learned (REX) process.
- Suggest process improvements based on dashboard insights.
- Participate in standardizing methods and creating practical guides (pocket guides).
- Contribute to the digitalization of governance routines (KPI reviews, forums).
Finance Support
- Assist with budget tracking, cost analysis, and preparation of financial reports.
- Participate in benchmarks and competitiveness studies (time-to-market, development costs).
Profile
You are a highly motivated young graduate from an engineering school or university with a strong interest in finance, especially in data. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).
You are a team player, a fast self-learner and have good leadership skills. You have worked in project management before, and you are willing to learn more about it. You are also comfortable with Excel; Power BI and you have some notions in data modeling and visualization.
You are open-minded and with a serious desire to learn and work in an international team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career. A first experience or internship in the automotive sector can be a plus. You are known to be dynamic, curious and rigorous.
Your English is fluent, and another language is a plus.
