Responsibilities:

  • Proposes the commodity strategy, develop and manages the supply base and relationship according to OP purchasing policy;
  • Follows and reports the supplier’s performance (quality, cost, time) and financial health of suppliers;
  • Leads the suppliers sourcing process in the respect of the procedures and promotes the technical savings proposed by the suppliers;
  • Leads negotiation with the suppliers and internal customers and is responsible for contractualizations;
  • Leads each time necessary the problem-solving process;
  • Commits & manages his portfolio in line with budget;


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing department on a commodity position (automotive will be an asset);
  • Bachelor or Master Degree within purchasing, logistics or equivalent;
  • Experience in negotiations and contractual negotiation;
  • Project management skills and stakeholder management;
  • Having a strategical perspective and open mindset;
  • Experience from international working envoirment;
  • Fluent English;
  • Resiliency, customer-oriented approach and multitasking;
