Reporting to the Regional IS Digital Solutions Leader - EMEA, the Digital Product Analyst is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and external data sources using Power Automate and connectors.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
• Understand and report application issues and performance bottlenecks. 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years plus digital development experience in UI/UX
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Agile squad management
• Agile product delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (PowerApps & SharePoints)
