As an Engineering Knowledge Manager, you will drive excellence by capturing, organizing, and distributing critical engineering insights across domains to reduce lifecycle costs and enhance product quality.
This position is based in our office in Kraków, Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of a global engineering knowledge base aligned with World Class Engineering initiatives.
- Ensure availability of accurate, up-to-date, and trusted engineering knowledge across teams.
- Facilitate the management of design guidelines, lessons learned, benchmarking data, and internal standards.
- Drive adoption of new tools and systems through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote knowledge base usage globally.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across engineering domains.
- Monitor usage metrics and provide regular reports to leadership to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or MBA in Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in automotive in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of knowledge representation tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO/TS16949, ASPICE, and automotive development processes.
- Cross-domain expertise in mechanics, optics, electronics, and software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on influencing, execution, and performance.
- Fluent in English with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and internal customer focus.
