Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tax compliance for Polish entities (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, property tax, and other local taxes).
  • Coordinate/ calculate tax filings and liaise with external tax advisors and tax authorities.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
  • Support finance teams in interpreting tax regulations and resolving tax-related issues.
  • Participate in tax optimization and restructuring projects.
  • Prepare tax reports and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Collaborate with international teams on group-wide tax policy and reporting.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, law, or economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations and IFRS.
  • Experience in dealing with tax authorities and audits.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) additional foreign language knowledge will be in plus (Spanish, German, French)
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of  Microsoft Office, SAP, RPAs, Microsoft Power Automate, Data visualization tools (ex.: Power BI),
  • Preferred: Certified Tax Advisor or ACCA qualification.
