The role of GLOBAL PURCHASING PROCESS & SYSTEMS APPRENTICE  is based in our Krakow office in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Daily support for Key Users and End Users for a global purchasing Supplier Relationship Management system
• Supporting Key Users and End Users to address supplier’s questions to above-mentioned system
• Helping to create or modify tecgnical settings of the above-mentioned system
• Active participation in user acceptance test
• Helping with monitoring and analyzing various  KPI
• Preparing training materials
• Support in data sanity checks and clean ups

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing studies in a relevant field (student status).
• Language Proficiency: Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Technical Skills: Basic foundational knowledge of SQL, with a keen interest in data and systems.
• Soft Skills: Highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities, making you a natural collaborator in team settings.
• Bonus Points: Previous experience or familiarity with IT systems/tools is highly desirable and will set you apart.
