Global IS Project Leader - Employee Experience/HR

A person on this position will report to the CIO of the Employee Experience Value Tower which is supporting SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, AI & Adoption, internal communication domains. 

 

Responsibilities are to:

 

  • Plan, execute, and close Group D&IS projects, in the Employee Experience domain, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and achieving targeted outcomes within the scope, time, and budget;
  • Continuously monitor, report, and mitigate risks to avoid project disruptions and ensure strategic alignment with the company’s objectives;
  • Lead the development of project roadmaps, ensuring all deliverables meet business and technical requirements while adhering to best practices and organizational standards;
  • Oversee the execution of the projects, ensuring all project teams are effectively coordinated, deadlines are met, and key milestones are achieved;
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define the project roadmap, outlining key phases, milestones, and dependencies;
  • Facilitate coordination between Global Teams and local teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Participate in the monthly domain meetings and present the status of projects;

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills;
  • Proven track record implementing SaaS solutions in HR, communication or corporate domains (payroll/finance/marketing);
  • Proven track record in managing large, strategic IS projects with high visibility and complex requirements;
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale digital transformation initiatives, from concept to delivery;
  • Extensive history of working with C-level executives (e.g., CIO, CTO);
  • Experience managing significant budgets and resources, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and handling major risks;
  • Background in delivering IS solutions that align with business-critical functions, driving efficiency, and scalability;
  • Fluent English;
  • Open to travel to different locations, depending on business needs (valid B driving license) – (once per quarter - Europe mostly);
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid mode in Cracow (3 days from the office, 2 days remotely)
