The Global IS Project Manager – Finance is responsible for leading and coordinating IS projects within the Finance domain, particularly focused on accounting operations in HUBs and Shared Service Centers (SSCs). This role ensures successful delivery of projects that enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and implement supporting technologies across the finance landscape.


The position is located in Cracow. 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams composed of senior consultants and managers;
  • Manage projects related to accounting activities within HUBs and SSCs;
  • Oversee initiatives involving Accounting across multiple SAP environments;
  • Drive implementation of side technologies to SAP, such as Blackline , Sidetrade or similar solutions
  • Launch and manage projects aimed at improving Record-To-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Focus on team dynamics, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence rather than technical depth.


Requirements:

  • Master degree or Engineering School with specialization in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 7-10 years experience in managing large IT projects in international companies;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Stakeholder management and influence;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Organization skills and time management;
  • Excellent resource planning and budgeting skills;
  • Risk management and anticipation;
  • Fluent English, experience in multi-cultural environment;
