Within the Central Services team, the Global IT Services Performance Manager is the person who guarantees an effective relationship with the suppliers.  Global IT Services Performance Manageris in charge, with the IT purchasing and D&IS teams, of the efficient delivery of the services provided by the suppliers in terms of quality/cost/deadline and acts as a leader for the performance and optimization of the services within its scope.

 Responsibilities:

  • Track and control of quality and costs for Hardware Management Services (HMS);
  • Ensure that all processes and tools are used as defined, in compliance with the norms and standards in place within operations;
  • Prepare, participate in and lead the financial and annual contract steering committees with the purchasing and legal teams;
  • Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for supplier(s) services are met, in coordination with Value Towers (VTs), operation delivery and process teams;
  • Manage, monitor and optimize the budget for the service(s) within his/her scope;
  • Continuously assessing the efficiency of processes and services, and identifying priority areas for improvement, together with suppliers;
  • Define a converged HMS management model (for processes, templates, contracts, SLAs/KPIs, governance committees, etc.) to reduce OPEX budgets, industrialize the quality of services (in coordination with the teams responsible for the processes, purchasing and delivery);
  • Ensure communication and management of document templates required for Run, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure the smoothest possible transition from build to run.

Requirements:

  • University degree or Engineering School with IT specialization or equivalent by experience;
  • 7-10 years of experience as a delivery manager or pilot of international external services, in matrix organizations;
  • Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, IT Service Management and managing supplier conflicts;
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, methods and standards, and tools in an Operations team;
  • Knowledge in the support, maintenance, exploitation, administration, and supervision of IT services;
  • Proficiency in English
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and collaboration.
  • Ability to execute tasks and being a strong decision-maker.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid mode in Cracow office (3 times a week);
