Responsibilities:
- Lead industrialization and product introduction within the Modular Projector Platform (MPP), including development of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Act as the technical gatekeeper for MPP, ensuring global standardization and alignment between engineering and industrial teams.
- Collaborate with R&D, product introduction teams, and global plants to secure manufacturability from early design stages.
- Develop production and testing concepts and coordinate with suppliers on equipment selection and technology development.
- Drive continuous improvement and upgrades on assembly lines, as well as automation and process standardization (dispensing, screwing, riveting).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, CAPEX planning, and global industrial needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards (POMS, OPTIMAP, OPTIPRO, KEOPS/PAMS, ISO).
- Support global engineering teams with problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers and global regions (Europe, NA, China) and conduct international business trips (30–40%).
Profile (60% mechatronic, 40% project management):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Physics, or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and production-related project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of mechatronics: assembly, mechanics, electronic components, and handling electronics in production (e.g., SMT, Reflow).
- Solid expertise in BoxBuild assembly and test processes (dispensing, screwing, riveting) and automation technologies.
- High autonomy, strong initiative, intercultural communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally (1-2 weeks per quarter, worldwide);
- Strong problem-solving abilities and advanced project management experience.
