HRIS Operations Specialist will be responsible for the support of our HR & Learning Management Systems solutions. 

Position reports Global IS Applications Operations Leader – Corporate Domains and is based in Krakow, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the global HR service operations team and external AMS providers.
  • Ensure delivery of HR services in alignment with SLAs, business priorities, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Supervise operational processes to ensure consistency and compliance with IT governance.
  • Validate the operational readiness of new HR projects during the transition from Build to Run.
  • Coordinate communication, escalation, and reporting with stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization across HR service delivery.
  • Acts as a major contributor to HR Platform management collaborating with IT Global Operations teams.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as HRIS specialist or on a relevant position.
  • Master’s degree in IS/IT or Engineering School with IT specialization or equivalent.
  • Experience with HR Success Factors, Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in managing external providers on a global level.
  • High autonomy and self-responsibility.
  • High problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Fluent English (French language would be an asset but is not mandatory).
