We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer – Hardware to join our engineering team. This role focuses on the design, development, and qualification of low signal electronic hardware for applications in decarbonized mobility, including automotive and railway systems.

The position is located in Cracow.



Responsibilities:

  • Design and test PCBA electronic boards for high-voltage systems (e.g., inverters, BMS, VMU);

  • Oversee prototype board production and perform debugging and fine-tuning;

  • Analyze client technical requests and verify product specifications;

  • Develop and review technical documentation, qualification procedures, and test instructions;

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks during product development;

  • Hardware level integration of complex control & communication concepts;


Requirements:

  • Strong background in Analog/Digital Electronics, Power Electronics (Battery Control Architecture nice to have);

  • Experience in electronic board design (schematics layouts, development of multi-layer PCBs);

  • Experience with fault analysis,  EMC basics and simulations with the use of LTSpice, PSpice or similar tools;

  • Familiarity with automotive or railway industry standards;

  • Knowledge of Altium Designer - must have;
  • Understanding of communication interfaces (CAN, UART), isolation requirements, power integrity requirements;
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken;

  • Demonstrated teamwork, precision, and proactive problem-solving skills;
