We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hardware Validation Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting validation activities for electronic hardware components, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.
The position of Hardware Validation Engineer will be located in our office in Cracow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute hardware validation test plans based on specifications and requirements;
- Perform tests, analyze results, and prepare detailed test reports;
- Manage and document anomalies (CARs), participate in reviews, and validate corrections;
- Ensure traceability between requirements and test coverage;
- Define testing envoriment including DUT interfaces and tooling;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test processes and automation;
- Maintain safety and quality standards in laboratory environments;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field;
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital electronics and battery systems (e.g., BMS);
- Familiarity with hardware lab equipment (oscilloscopes, probes, microscopes);
- Experience with re-work, re-assembly of PCB components (soldering);
- Experience with non-destructive PCB testing methods (X-ray, CT-scan) analysis;
- Familiarity with tools such as Vector (Canape, Canoe, Canalyzer), DOORS, SVN;
- Good coding skills and understanding of HIL systems;
- Advanced English proficiency.
