The role of Internal Logistics Excellence Manager (Central Europe) can be based in Krakow Hub, Poland or R&D Center in Lozorno, Slovakia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Improve logistics processes and material flows across manufacturing sites
  • Lead workshops focused on waste elimination and operational efficiency
  • Analyze plant logistics performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support layout redesign and logistics organization projects
  • Evaluate automation opportunities and support implementation plans
  • Develop improvement roadmaps together with plant teams
  • Share Lean methodologies and best practices across the Supply Chain community
  • Support investment decisions through data and cost analysis
  • Contribute to Group standards and operational excellence initiatives
  • Coach teams in sustainable continuous improvement practices

 

 Requirements:

  • Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain degree
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing background
  • Experience in logistics, production, or operational excellence roles
  • Practical experience with process improvement projects
  • Workshop facilitation and change-management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actions
  • Project management experience
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Fluent English
  • International mindset and willingness to travel
