Knowledge Management Systems Analyst - Engineering

Join a global leader in automotive innovation and help shape the future of engineering knowledge systems. As a Knowledge Management Systems Analyst - Engineering, you will lead the technical implementation of a modern, AI-enhanced knowledge platform that empowers engineering teams worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and optimize integration of the engineering knowledge database into daily workflows.
  • Ensure user-friendly access to knowledge across platforms and teams, enhancing productivity.
  • Leverage GenAI technologies to improve efficiency and usability of knowledge systems.
  • Evaluate and implement database solutions (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Polarion, Teamcenter) in alignment with Group IT.
  • Migrate and integrate legacy knowledge sources into the new system architecture.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics such as user satisfaction and system usage.
  • Provide training, first-level support, and manage user access rights across global teams.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrator, application manager, or IT solution architect for platforms like SharePoint or Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of database structures and user interface design.
  • Familiarity with GenAI, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; knowledge of ASPICE and requirement engineering is a plus.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent in English with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong internal customer orientation.
