The role of P2P Accountant will be based in our Krakow office in Poland and it will report into a Regional Hub Europe P2P Lead.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily financial transactions and maintain proper data.
  • Manage month-end and year-end AP close processes
  • Monitor the Accounts Payable mailbox, handling inquiries
  • Monitor AP aging and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address outstanding balances
  • participating in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives 

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field,
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • 2+ years of relevant P2P experience, preferably in an SSC environment, with a strong understanding of AP systems and processes
  • Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak (speaking and writing),
  • Fast Learner and Team Player.
