The role of P2P Lead is essential to provide full visibility of the Group P2P processes in which the Regional Hub is involved. The position is based in our Krakow’s office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Team of AP Professionals,
  • Manage the P2P transition activities (monitor the migration activities, ensure accounting systems accesses, drive the workflows and the first SOP drafts – the latter to be completed at the time of the Go live). 
  • Coordinate the Regional Accounting P2P teams’ documentation (KPIs, SOPs, RACI) implementation then
  • Collect, analyze and summarize the E2E P2P highlighting the potential improvements, based on existing Business Group (BG) specific P2P environment. 
  • Share potential improvements with Regional Hubs Peers and BG BPO, to agree on best solution and ensure effective deployment of approved improvements. 
  • Provide the Management with KPIs, dashboard covering the Hub key activities and the related key action plans. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Significant experience in Finance BPO activities management roles within industrial groups, if possible combined with experience of implementing or optimizing an SSC P2P organization. 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders of various nationalities and cultures. 
  • Self-starter with emotional intelligence able to adapt to fast changing environments. 
  • Knowledge: SAP Finance, Microsoft Office, RPAs, Microsoft Power Automate, Data visualization tools (ex.: Power BI), project tools. 
  • Fluent English is mandatory. A second European language is appreciated. 
  • 6 Sigma – Lean qualifications will be a plus
