The Product Cybersecurity Engineer plays a crucial role in protecting our automotive products from cyber threats. It contributes to the design, implementation and monitoring of security measures throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ISO 21434 standards. His work ensures the safety and reliability of our automotive technologies, building trust with customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Definition of cybersecurity requirements for all automotive products.
- Conducting cybersecurity risk assessments during product design and development.
- Collaboration with cybersecurity architects to develop and specify the security architecture.
- Integration of cybersecurity considerations throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Active participation in the development and implementation of incident response plans.
- Ensure compliance of products and processes with cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on cybersecurity measures, risks, and strategies.
- Analysis of emerging threats and contribution to the continuous improvement of CSMS practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, electrical engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 21434 and automotive cybersecurity practices.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and automotive technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to automotive cybersecurity.
- Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CEH) highly desired.
- Expertise in risk assessment, security architecture design, and incident response strategies.
- Proficiency in the use of risk assessment methodologies and cybersecurity tools.
- Sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
