Responsibilities:
- Source and select suppliers for components, services and tools in line with Quality, Cost, Timing and Risk (QCTR) targets.
- Lead supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements for new projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of components during development and launch phases.
- Coordinate prototype development and tooling activities with suppliers.
- Support supplier development and drive alignment with project objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and introduce innovative sourcing solutions.
- Collaborate with global purchasing teams, engineering and project stakeholders.
- Monitor BOM cost changes and contribute to material margin improvement.
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good understanding of product development and project management processes.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel.
