We are looking for a Project Quality Engineer who will ensure top‑level quality across the full product lifecycle - from RFQ to SOP+6 months. In this role, you will act as the main customer quality contact, the voice of the customer within the core team, and the guardian of compliance with internal development standards for product, process, and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all quality activities for assigned projects and ensure alignment with internal development rules;
- Support building development framework for electronic projects;
- Represent Quality in customer meetings and manage all project‑related customer quality topics (APQP, PPAP/FAI, 8D, portals);
- Oversee product development quality: participate in Design Reviews, co -lead DFMEA sessions, validation planning, risk assessments, and specification compliance;
- Supervise process development: co-lead PFMEA/ validate Poka Yoke, process parameters, and support manufacturing readiness.
- Ensure conformity of produced parts: create and manage Control Plans, quality controls, capability assessments, and deviation management.
- Drive process readiness before SOP and throughout ramp-up: audits, risk mitigation, reinforced controls, reverse PFMEA, customer claims.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering; knowledge of Power Electronics preferred;
- Strong experience with electronics/PCBAs and understanding of electronic concepts - must have;
- Experience in automotive or railway environment is highly appreciated;
- Understanding of ISO9001, IATF16949, IRIS, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, GD&T, DOE, metrology.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and persuasion skills.
