Responsibilities

•    Collect, analyze, and validate procurement data to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling
•    Prepare regular reports and dashboards on purchasing performance, spend analysis, and KPI tracking
•    Support the implementation and maintenance of purchasing controlling processes and tools
•    Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements through data insights
•    Ensure data accuracy and consistency across purchasing controlling reports
•    Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align on reporting needs and financial targets
•    Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis as needed

Requirements

•    University degree in Finance
•    1 year of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or business analytics
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•    Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
•    Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
•    Strong communication and organizational skills
•    Fluent English
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•    Exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives
