The role of Purchasing Process & Systems Specialist will be based in our Niemce Plant in Poland and will report into the Purchasing Transformation Manager. This position combines strategic and operational responsibilities, supporting purchasing processes, digital tools, and governance to drive continuous improvement and alignment across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support deployment and improvement of purchasing tools and processes.
  • Propose functional specifications and ensure compliance with governance.
  • Administer internal purchasing systems and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate data recovery and enrichment; monitor data quality.
  • Train local trainers and promote tool adoption.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional IS projects and business transformation.
  • Track KPIs and report on performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or digital management.
  • 2–3 years in industrial environment (Purchasing, Sales, Supply Chain).
  • Strong ERP and Excel skills; understanding of purchasing processes.
  • Experience in software administration and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; multicultural mindset is a plus.
