The role of Regional BPO P2P Leader is based in our Lighting Business Group in Cracow.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading strategy and design to aim for appropriate approval, proposing a baseline for the P2P processes to be under the Hubs
  • Establish a baseline which includes activities such as touch less flows, AP sub ledger accounting and reconciliations, challenges over manual entries, self-billing ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the P2P financial data
  • Process optimization, driving the process improvement activities aiming for standardization, increased automation, compliance, and improved user experience
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as the BPO organization, the finance teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to share and sell the vision for process improvement in the P2P functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Support P2P processes adoption across the clusters and hubs, ensuring consistent adherence to analysis standards
  • Ensure process compliance with local, international financial regulations and Group standards
  • Support the Global R2R BPO in providing insights and recommendations to help the business to develop and achieve a competitive advantage in financial reporting and analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accountancy or finance
  • At least 9 years of experience in Finance P2P & O2C operational management roles within industrial groups
  • Experience of implementing or optimizing an SSC organization is a plus
  • Experience with leading a team, preferably with various nationalities and cultures
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders (ex.: Finance, IT, Business groups, auditors…)
  • Knowledge of SAP Finance, Microsoft Office, RPAs, Microsoft Power Automate, Data process visualization tools (ex.: Power BI)
  • Fluent in English + at least 1 major European language (i.e. German, French, Spanish)  
  • Flexibility and adaptability to fast changing environment
  • Self-motivated person
