The position of Reliability Engineer is located in our office in Cracow.
Be part of full-lifecycle activities across hardware, software, and operations, powering next-generation mobility in railways, buses, and automotive with tailored safety approaches. You will have a chance to work on cutting-edge battery pack systems that combine chemical, electronic, and safety complexity—making every project a true engineering challenge.
Responisbilities:
- Plan and execute reliability activities throughout the product development lifecycle;
- Analyze customer specifications and define reliability requirements at system and component levels;
- Conduct reliability analyses including FMEA, FTA, Weibull analysis, and predictive modeling;
- Collect and interpret operational data to identify failure trends and root causes;
- Support the development of maintenance strategies including CBM and RCM;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards;
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, or related field;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in automotive, rail, or industrial sectors;
- Proficient in reliability prediction methodologies and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Weibull++, RCM software);
- Familiarity with standards such as FIDES, IEC62380, MIL-HDBK-217F, ISO 26262, EN50126;
- Experience with system architecture, testing, and failure analysis;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Fluent in English;
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently;
