We are seeking an SAP MM Expert with expertise in ABAP development, workflow automation, Ivalua integration, Fiori development, and marketplace and catalog connectivity. Based in Krakow, Poland, and working within the IS Corporate Finance domain of the Business Group Exterior, you will play a critical role in driving purchasing efficiency. In addition to collaborating with AMS teams based in India and Business Process Owners (BPOs), you will design and implement solutions to integrate external marketplaces and catalogs into SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Marketplace and Catalog Integration:
  • Connect external marketplaces and supplier catalogs to SAP MM systems for streamlined procurement processes.
  • Enable real-time data synchronization between SAP and third-party platforms to ensure accurate product and pricing information.
  • Design and maintain interfaces for seamless connectivity between SAP MM and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaboration with Business Process Owners and AMS Teams:
  • Work closely with BPOs to analyze business requirements related to marketplace and catalog integration.
  • Collaborate with AMS teams in India for the development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between global business needs and technical deliverables.
• Management of SAP MM Module:
  • Configure and customize SAP MM functionalities, including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification.
  • Optimize procurement workflows to integrate with marketplaces and external catalogs.
• ABAP Development and Workflow Automation:
  • Develop ABAP programs for automating procurement processes and enhancing SAP MM capabilities.
  • Create workflows for automated approvals, exception handling, and escalations in purchasing.
  • Debug and resolve workflow-related issues to ensure system efficiency.
• Fiori Development and User Experience:
  • Develop and deploy SAP Fiori apps tailored to procurement and marketplace integration workflows.
  • Enhance the user experience by delivering intuitive and efficient interfaces for procurement teams.
• Project Leadership and Delivery:
  • Lead global SAP MM projects, including marketplace integration and catalog connectivity.
  • Oversee solution delivery from requirement gathering to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
• Support and Continuous Improvement:
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP MM, workflows, and marketplace integration.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and implement best practices.
  • Support innovation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA and advanced procurement technologies.

Profile:

• Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 15 to 20 years of experience with SAP MM, ABAP development, and workflow automation.
  • Expertise in integrating marketplaces and catalogs with SAP systems.
  • Proven collaboration with AMS teams, preferably based in India.
  • Knowledge of Fiori development is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced expertise in SAP MM for purchasing and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in ABAP for custom developments and marketplace integrations.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC 6; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of API and interface design for connecting external platforms.
• Functional Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of global procurement workflows and approval hierarchies.
  • Ability to design end-to-end solutions for catalog and marketplace integration.
• Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with international teams and external partners.
  • Leadership experience in managing complex global projects.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
