SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - (Maternity Cover | 14-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Assess and challenge business change requests and new implementations within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR best of breed platforms used by OPmobility.
- Advise stakeholders on system capabilities and recommend optimal solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical and integration specifications.
- Lead the delivery of projects in cooperation with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with architecture, integration, and API standards.
- Manage interfaces between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Employee Experience solutions.
Profile:
- Master’s degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central (Position Management).
- Experience with modules such as Compensation, Recruiting & Onboarding (Performance & Goals is a plus).
- Experience with other platforms such as ServiceNow, Qualtrics and Enablon is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Experience in Project Management
- Fluent English.
