Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, ensuring effective communication and support across all HR topics.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations, talent management, organizational changes, and people processes.
- Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives in collaboration with local and regional HR teams.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects that contribute to business growth and employee engagement.
- Identify development needs and drive learning, training, and talent development activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with the global HR community to ensure alignment, consistency, and best practice sharing across the organization.
- Support HR administration and ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices.
- Experience advising managers and supporting employee relations matters.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level).
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
