The position of Software and System Integration Validation Engineer will be located in Cracow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead system and software integration activities for battery pack components;
- Develop and execute system integration test plans based on specifications;
- Ensure traceability and coverage of requirements through testing;
- Perform tests, document results, and manage anomaly reports (CARs);
- HIL bench definition and architechture concept;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and validate corrections;
- Improve test automation and traceability tools; contribute to process optimization;
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, and internal quality standards;
- Respect lab safety and 5S rules; support continuous improvement initiatives;
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in electronics, physics, mechatronics, energy, or system engineering;
- Initial experience in testing, system integration, or mechatronics;
- Knowledge of mechatronics, system engineering, software architecture, and electronics (analog/digital);
- Familiarity with BEV battery systems (e.g., BMS), HIL testing, and failure analysis;
- Basic coding skills and experience with tools like Vector (CANape, CANoe, CANalyzer), DOORS, SVN, Matlab/Simulink;
- Strong communication and synthesis abilities;
- Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration;
- Fluent in English;
