The position of System Engineer is located in our office in Cracow.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage system requirements and architecture across the full product lifecycle;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance;
- Analyze customer specifications and translate them into technical system requirements;
- Support design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities;
- Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and testing;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering processes and tools;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system engineering or product development;
- Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements management, and validation;
- Familiarity with tools like DOORS, SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar;
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., IEC 61508 and related);
- Experience with embedded systems, electronics, or software integration;
- Complex zonal controller experience (e.x. drive train or BMS) will be an asset;
- Strong organizational and documentation skills;
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
