The position of System Engineer is located in our office in Cracow.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage system requirements and architecture across the full product lifecycle;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance;
• Analyze customer specifications and translate them into technical system requirements;
• Support design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities;
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and testing;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering processes and tools;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field;
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system engineering or product development;
• Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements management, and validation;
• Familiarity with tools like DOORS, SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar;
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., IEC 61508 and related);
• Experience with embedded systems, electronics, or software integration;
• Complex zonal controller experience (e.x. drive train or BMS) will be an asset;
  
• Strong organizational and documentation skills;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
