OP Mobility is developing the Accounting Regional Hubs to operate the Treasury accounting transactional processes. This position focuses on the EMEA region.

 

In this position you will be based in our office based in Krakow, Poland.


 

Your Resposibilities: 

 

  • Post daily Treasury entries, ensuring financial data accuracy and completeness for accounts (cash pool, factoring, ERP uploads, cash in transit, cash allocation).
  • Prepare payment runs according to instructions and process allocation changes.
  • Handle the manual transactions timely and accurately.
  • Oversee FX translation activities within the defined scope.
  • Ensure timely and complete month-end activities, including justification of account backlogs for assigned accounts.
  • Document the related KPIs with action plans where needed.
  • Handle General Ledger account reconciliations within the agreed scope.
  • Perform and consolidate the cash forecast activities as per the instructions from the leader.
  • Contribute to postings, analysis, and reconciliations for allocated bank accounts and cash-related activities.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Work with the R2R BPO to standardize the Treasury activities.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, as well as Group standards.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance with 4-7 years of experience. 
  • Background in finance operations management within industrial groups, ideally in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.
  • Skilled in listening and adapting quickly.
  • Proficient in building relationships with diverse stakeholders and experienced in cross-cultural communication.
  • Self-starter with high emotional intelligence, capable of quickly adjusting to dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in SAP Finance, Microsoft Office, RPAs, Power Automate, and data visualization tools like Power BI. 
  • Fluent in English
