Electronic Engineering Function Expert

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of customer specification and internal requirements;

Schematic design with design-to-cost approach (Zuken ECAD SW);

Electronic component selection with design-to-cost approach (ECDM library);

Electronic simulation (PSpice SW), worst-case calculation (Math Cad), design FMEA (IQ-FMEA);

Documentation;

• Thermal verification (temperature chamber / data logger instruments).

Electrical verification (power supply / oscilloscope / signal generator and general GPIB-controlled instruments).

Sample preparation, preparation of sample test equipment, sample test.

Documentation.

• Collaborate with PCB layouter, mechanical designer, SW project leader, system engineer, DV/PV test engineer.
• Clarify technical interfaces with other engineering disciplines, prepare and review documents.
• Create design guidelines and know-how summaries, present results within development organization.
• Maintain pro-actively state-of-the-art knowledge.
• Marketing technical support for product specification, customer service, product field test
• Provide support and training to production team.
• Lead the team to complete the customer's product and process control requirement & customer audit.
• Related more detailed EHS responsibilities can reference to the specific document if signed.
• Following the demand of the quality management system.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

• Bachelor degree.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):

• 8+years experience in automotive lighting design field.

HARD SKILLS

• Electrical hardware engineering ;Electrical MCU firmware programing and debug; Automotive standard and regulation.
• Fluent in oral and written English

• Self-driven and proactive in work
