BU INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY DESIGN PROFESSIONAL -
- 
Use engineering tools such as PFMEA, DFM/A, Process Flow Diagrams, GD&T, AutoCAD, and Plastic Omnium systems to support robust manufacturing solutions. 
- 
Support validation of equipment design, installation, and commissioning to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with internal standards. 
- 
Assist Product Engineering in evaluating designs for manufacturability and defining equipment/process interfaces. 
- 
Conduct supplier development visits, participate in design reviews, and investigate new technologies that can improve process capability, reliability, or cost. 
- 
Perform root cause analysis and support troubleshooting for equipment or process issues. 
- 
Lead or assist with Continuous Improvement events such as Lean Workshops, Team Feasibility Reviews, or Six Sigma initiatives. 
- 
Participate in R&D activities to develop new machinery concepts or process solutions for emerging product designs. 
- 
Maintain and update global specifications, process documents, and standard tools as part of the WW standardization effort. 
- 
Share knowledge and solutions across the corporation to reduce duplication of engineering efforts across facilities.
