COUNTRY FINANCES CONTROLLING PROFESSIONAL - PROJECT

JR PROGRAM CONTROLLER

MISSION: 

 

Support the R&D Controlling function within Finance by achieving Primary Responsibilities on time and with accuracy 

 

RESPONSABILITIES : 

 

Support Excel BOM trackers 

  • Reconcile actuals for current month 

  • Review and validate the forecast 

  • Assist in forecasting of the P&L 

 

Complete Month End reports and analysis 

  • Complete month end reports by stated work days 

  • Optimize the reporting time that it takes to provide each report 

 

Provide Forecast analysis and validation 

  • Provide timely reconciliation of key forecasting items 

  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement ideas 

  • Contribute to program controlling tools and processes improvement  

  • Support with special studies and analyses related to program financial performance as needed. 

  • Monitor cash for development and tooling 

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: 

 

Personal Background 

  • In upper levels of bachelor education (Senior preferred) 

  • Finance or Accounting degree 

 

Job Technical skills 

  • Excel proficiency 

 

Job Soft skills 

  • Communication 

  • Attention to detail
