Responsibilities :

OPmobility is developing the Accounting Regional Hubs to operate the Treasury accounting transactional processes. This position focuses on the Americas Region. 

The position is expected to deliver Treasury activities in accordance with the One Accounting project directives. Bank account management such as transactions posting with special focus at month-end, manual transactions handling, intercompany transactions and reconciliations for specific business group (s) are the main expectations. 

This position should deliver quality in her / his work challenging values and should also ensure the Treasury operations under his / her scope are compliant with regulatory requirements, Corporate Accounting and Internal Control policies. 

  1. Treasury and Cash activities according to the related RACI. 

  1. Team management with motivating activities. 

  1. Contribute to the Accounting performance through back log management, accounts reconciliations and process documentation namely KPIs and SOPs. 

More specifically: 

  1. Manage and supervise the day to day posting of the Treasury entries confirming the completeness and accuracy of the financial data for accounts (cash pool, factoring, ERP automatic uploads check, cash in transit, cash allocation). 

  1. Supervise the payment run proposals. 

  1. Supervise the manual transactions timely and accurately. 

Profile :

  1. Experience: Some experience in Finance operations management roles within industrial groups, if possible, within a SSC organization, 

  1. Leadership: Able to listen and adapt, 

  1. Collaboration: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders (ex.: Finance, IT, Business groups, auditors…). Habit of interacting and communicating with various nationalities and cultures, 

  1. Adaptability: Self-starter with emotional intelligence able to adapt to fast changing environments, 

  1. Knowledge: SAP Finance, Microsoft Office, RPAs, Microsoft Power Automate, Data visualization tools (ex.: Power BI), 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and / or Finance. 15 to 20 years’ experience, 

  1. Fluent in English
