Role Definition

Act as the dedicated HR partner within the One Roof R&D Monterrey project team, ensuring successful implementation of HR processes, workforce ramp-up, and organizational transformation in alignment with the cross-BG model.

Support the project team by enabling efficient recruitment, onboarding, capability development, and HR governance, while facilitating change management and ensuring compliance with Group HR standards.

Skills expected

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in industrial or R&D environments 
• Experience in project-based or transformation environments (preferably cross-functional or international) 
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations)
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish required
