Main missions

  • Define people change management initiatives in line with organizational strategies and objectives. 
  • Lead the implementation of comprehensive change management plans to manage the people side of change projects effectively. 
  • Develop and share change management tools and methodologies to develop internal capabilities. 
  • Contribute to the animation of change management network. 

Required profile & skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in change/project management, particularly applied to digital transformations and organizational changes. 
  • Certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR is highly preferred. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • High level of autonomy, adaptability, and resilience, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity. Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities. 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
