Main missions
- Define people change management initiatives in line with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Lead the implementation of comprehensive change management plans to manage the people side of change projects effectively.
- Develop and share change management tools and methodologies to develop internal capabilities.
- Contribute to the animation of change management network.
Required profile & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in change/project management, particularly applied to digital transformations and organizational changes.
- Certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of autonomy, adaptability, and resilience, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity. Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
