Controlling Trainee

 We are looking for a Finance Controlling Intern for a 6-month internship. The successful candidate will contribute to the following activities:

 

  • Provide day-to-day support for Digital & IS budget monitoring.
  • Participate in the monthly closing process, including monitoring goods receipts, accruals, and journal entries.
  • Update purchase order reports and analyze progress against the budget and forecast.
  • Support operational teams in the proper creation of purchase orders using the eDAI and ePOR tools.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Assist in documenting and improving processes, particularly the centralization of budgets received from the business groups.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses (e.g., Headcount, Cost per Function, etc.).

 

Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university program, with a specialization in Finance or Management Control.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and recognized for your autonomy as well as your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
