The Regional HR Digital & Data Analyst manages reporting and dashboard projects, provides benchmarks and data analysis, facilitates common HR analytics, ensures data quality, modernizes HR functions with technology, streamlines digital processes, and boosts efficiency with AI and automation tools.
Main Missions :
- HR Digital Activities :
- Build strong collaboration between regional, business groups, and local HR stakeholders.
- Participate in governance meetings and lead preparatory sessions or retrospectives for key initiatives.
- Project management: Participate in project planning and brainstorming sessions to define goals and requirements integrating regional/local specificities.
- Support: Ensure the run, maintenance, and enhancement of digital tools and systems, providing timely support to users.
- Change management: Train end-users on digital tools, adapt release presentations, improve internal HR digital processes with the global team, and coordinate change management.
- Data Analyst Activities :
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions related to workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate reporting activities across the region, gather internal data on workforce demographics, turnover rates, DEI, and other relevant metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and trends in employee data to understand workforce dynamics and predict future trends.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of common HR dashboards or reporting initiatives.
- Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data in periodic reports through rigorous quality control measures.
Personal Background :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 8 years of experience in Digital / analytics.
- Excellent level French and English
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical skills: Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, excellent knowledge of databases and data analysis tools.
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Communication skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Project management skills: Excellent project management skills, especially in a multicultural and international environment.
