As part of the Group Treasury Team, you will report to the Group Treasury Director, based in Levallois- Perret (France).
Working in close collaboration with the cash manager, your responsibility for this position shall cover the below:
- Risk management encompasses the following areas :
- FX Risk:
- Based on cash forecasts, identification and booking of new or rolling operations to hedge Foreign Exchange position, whether sitting at Holdings or operating entities and in line with Group Policies
- Assistance to Business Groups on financial risk management (mainly FX): identification, analysis and hedging of their financial risk exposure when necessary
- Negotiation and documentation of new FX/IR lines with the strategic Banks

- Asset management/investment policy
- Monitor and optimize the yield of the investment portfolio in accordance with Group investment policy (both at Group and subsidiaries’ levels)
- Proposing solutions for investing the Group’s liquidity in secure, liquid and profitable products

- Management of the Neu CPs program
- Propose the short-term financing strategy on a weekly basis based on the cash forecast and in coordination with the financing team
- Ensure the roll over and/or increase of the outstanding program and negotiating competitive pricing with Brokers for every new issuance/roll-over
- Manage and develop the relationship with existing Commercial Papers brokers, identify new technologies (trading platforms) and source new brokers to enlarge the investors network
- Ensure compliance with Banque de France requirements to maintain the access to the NEU CP market.

- Procedures / Varias
- Build / ensure that available analytic capabilities exist for managing risk (pricing models, risk assessment tools, forecasting models)
- Enhance Group policies for risk management and investments at Group and subsidiaries’ levels
- Continuous monitoring of the financial markets, including identifying, analyzing and evaluating relevant topics and influencing factors that could affect the Group´s financial results
- Support the Group Treasury and Accounting teams at month-end closing
- Support exceptional operations such as closings (M&A), capital increase, dividends…
- Control over cash management daily operations to ensure reliable cash positions to take the right decisions on FX and investments
- Cash Forecasts:
- Daily reporting to the management on cash expectations
- Produce 5-week-rolling weekly cash forecasts related to hedging transactions and investments
- Follow-up with Businesses on their non-functional currency forecasts for better Forex exposure and work closely with the Group cash manager to improve forecasts of quality from Businesses (processes, reportings, etc.)
- Propose the short-term financing strategy based on consolidated cash forecasts
- Support the team to assess and analyze variances
Competencies
- BAC+5 + 3/ 5 years of experience
- Financial markets experience (preferably in Corporates)
- Bloomberg familiar
- Analytical mindset and at ease with Excel (VBA skills being a plus)
- Strong communication skills to act as a representative of OP Mobility during the negotiation with the banks and brokers
