Missions

Develop and manage several Group CoE Academies' learning offerings based on the strategic job family roadmaps, setting priorities with the Academies Director and associated stakeholders, and designing training programs using a continuous improvement methodology.

 

Activities

  • Design and update Academies Learning offer 
    • Under the leadership of the Academies Director, propose, develop, and regularly update the Academies learning offer in collaboration with job family sponsors to ensure it meets the needs and strategic priorities of the functions (including induction and training paths, and courses to be created, updated, or deleted).
    • Define project specifications, resources needed, and timelines. Follow up on projects with Master Trainers and/or external suppliers (training companies, universities), ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet budget and quality requirements.
    • Communicate training orientations and yearly campaigns to the learning community (Regional Training Campus, BG L&D teams, Country Clusters).
    • Design and communicate to deployment teams the deployment strategy and agenda (global guidelines).
    • When relevant, facilitate Subject Matter Experts workshops and expert community engagements.
    • Benchmark innovative learning methods and tools, proposing the most suitable ones based on needs.
  • Promote learning offer and ensure data accuracy and reliability in MLP  
    • Prepare training communication and meeting packages for the deployment teams to use for raising awareness among collaborators and HR.
    • Provide updates on projects and outline required contributions.
    • Under the leadership of the Learning Innovation Manager, maintain LMS program and data quality, propose innovative LXP enrollment strategies, define and share user experience guidelines, and identify improvements in tools and processes.
    • Follow up on OP University KPIs  
  • Contribute to Learning & Development activities and projects 
    • Contribute to change management activities (impact analysis, communication, workshops, competency projects, expertise etc.)
    • Contribute to the definition and updating of the skills matrix 
    • Participate in and support transversal projects / programs
    • Participate in the organization of specific events (e.g.: Training sponsors, Expert days…)

 

Competences requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years experience in Learning/ HR development and/or training design or competency or expertise management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in using a LMS, ideally My Learning Place
  • Knowledge of pedagogical fundamentals, adult learning principles as well as training effectiveness monitoring
  • Strong communication, listening and ideally experience in accompanying transformation
  • Strong collaboration skills. Ability to work in complex/ matrix organization and to establish relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work with technical experts and HR leaders.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
