Context

 

You are joining the Global Communications Team in OPmobility headquarters in Levallois-Perret. You will report to the Global Internal Communications Associate Director and will support  all the internal communication topics. As an expert in employee experience, your mission will be to foster understanding and engagement on the Group’ strategy for key internal target audiences.

Missions


As Global Internal communications, here are the main missions you will be involved in. Other missions could be included depending on the needs of the communication department : 

  • You will take care of the editorial management and further development of our global intranet (Topnet)
  • You will help coordinate publication of corporate news across the Group’s internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, global e-mailings, site screens...)
  • You will be in direct contact with the network of internal communications managers worldwide to ensure the deployment of messages and advice and support Corporate Functions (such as HR, Sustainability, innovation...) in projects requiring dedicated communication plans
  • You will provide support for the organization and coordination of Group internal events including Directors’ webcasts and annual conventions
  • You will keep track of the internal communication performance through tracking, analyzing, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement

 

Profile

 

  • You have a master's degree in communications, marketing or related degree
  • You have at least 10 years’ experience in Communications (either external or internal)
  • You have a previous experience in an international environment, and you are native or proficient in English and French
  • You have proven competencies in Communications project management and an appetite for cross-functional project management
  • You have solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills allowing you to build trustworthy relationships with key internal stakeholders, including executive management
  • You have excellent speaking, writing, editing and proofreading skills in French and English (other languages are a “plus”)
  • People describe you as curious, creative, proactive, autonomous, agile and highly organized. You also have a taste for digital trends and innovative formats
  • You are geographically mobile: the job may require occasional travel
