ROLE
Your role will involve supporting the Compliance Department with a variety of tasks, including:
• Implementing compliance policies related to gifts, invitations, conflicts of interest, sponsorships, and donations.
• Assisting OPmobility’s Compliance Network worldwide.
• Conducting due diligence on third parties.
• Assisting in the organization of OPmobility’s International Anticorruption Day on December 9, 2025.
• Creating educational materials for ongoing compliance training.
• Drafting compliance-related content for newsletters.
• Taking minutes during compliance meetings.
By taking on these responsibilities, you will play a contributive role in supporting the Compliance Department's efforts to maintain a high standard of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence within the organization.
PROFILE
Education and professional background:
• On-going Bachelor / Master’s degree in law
Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent presentation, analytical, drafting skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adjust to complex international organization
• Communication skills with proficiency in the English and French languages (written and oral, clear and concise writing), able to synthesize complexity and communicate concisely verbally and on power point.
• Curiosity and autonomy to dive into a variety of subjects with a high degree of precision
• Ethical judgment, integrity, discretion and confidentiality
