Context

You are joining the Global Legal Corporate Team in OPmobility headquarters in Levallois-Perret. You will report to the Global Legal Corporate Associate Director.

Your mission will be to support Corporate lawyers in their missions relating to the legal secretariat of French companies.

Missions

As a Global Legal Coporate Professional, here are the main missions you will be involved in: 

1. Provide assistance to Corporate lawyers to draft legal documents related to current and exceptional events in the life of companies (listed and unlisted)
2. Under the supervision of the Corporate France lawyer, prepare, develop and write draft minutes of Boards of Directors and general meetings of shareholders, carry out and follow the legal formalities of French companies
3. Participate in the social life of the Group's French companies
4. Carry out legal research
5. Ensure regular legal monitoring

Profile 

• You have a Master's degree in Law (ideally)  or Management school diploma supplemented by Bac+5 level training in Law

• You have a previous experience in a legal environment, specialized in Business Law

• You have solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills allowing you to build trustworthy relationships with key internal stakeholders
• You have excellent speaking and writing skills in French and English (other languages are a “plus”).
