In this role, you will support the HR department in a range of digitalization and automation activities with the objective of increasing and accelerating the capabilities for: data analysis, reports generation, data quality and process improvements. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals, gaining valuable insights and skills in the field of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and performance
  • Develop and apply data quality measurements and controls
  • Develop and implement HR automated dashboards
  • Participate in Data Projects and contribute to process improvements
  • Support the maintenance of existing automated solutions and their access rights
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Data Management or a related field
  • Knowledge in Human Ressources or Business Administration is a plus
  • Proficiency in developing automated solutions using Power BI (Desktop, Query), Power Automate, SQL
  • Very good level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Very good level in English and French
  • Good level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and collaboration
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
